A leader in the gaming sphere, Steven’s practice in e-gaming spans nearly 20 years and includes M&A and corporate work. He continues to work closely with the firm’s Senior Partners and gaming experts Peter Isola and the Hon. Albert Isola CBE.

Steven regularly advises international gaming companies with Gibraltar matters covering local licensing requirements and applications, change of control, best practices, regulatory compliance, and corporate law.

 

He continues to secure numerous remote gambling licences and regularly leads in M&A work in the sector.

Steven also advises new start-ups in the and continues to stay abreast of developments in what is a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
