ISOLAS LLP’s leading tax team contribute to The Legal 500’s Tax Country Comparative Guide 2019

Two legal practitioners from ISOLAS LLP’s leading tax team have contributed to The Legal 500’s Tax Country Comparative Guide, for the second year running.

Partner Emma Lejeune and Senior Associate Stuart Dalmedo have written the chapter on Gibraltar, looking at witholding tax, transfer pricing, the OECD model, GAAR, tax disputes and an overview of the jurisdictional regulatory authority.

The guide, that is in its 4th edition, aims to provide readers with a pragmatic overview of the tax laws and regulations across a variety of jurisdictions. It is edited by Michael Anderson, Partner of Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP.

Each chapter has been written exclusively by firms ranked within The Legal 500.

Emma said: “It was a great opportunity to contribute to the Legal 500’s comprehensive guide on tax once again. Gibraltar’s taxation system offers significant opportunities for a range of clients, and we advise on a variety of tax planning and structuring scenarios, involving private individuals, business and charitable organisations to achieve maximum efficiency. We hope the guide acts as an informative overview for those looking to do business in Gibraltar.”
