Business Continuity

Currently, the world is undergoing huge levels of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Firstly, we want to assure you that ISOLAS is fully committed to the health of our employees. It is our first priority to protect them, while simultaneously ensuring minimal disruption to your work and client service during this critical time.

While we don’t have any staff members being tested for the virus, we have been proactively testing all remote access systems and increasing capabilities, ensuring we have the right infrastructure in place with the best data collection and online collaboration tools to provide our staff with secure and efficient services that will allow anyone who needs to, to work from home.

Our management team is consulting daily to assess the latest developments, and we will be putting various steps in place to ensure the safety of staff and clients. This will include:

  • Replacing all possible face-to-face meetings with video conferencing or telephone communication
  • Providing refresher training on video conferencing and remote communication strategies to all employees
  • Communicating best practice health and hygiene advice to our staff
  • Implementing additional cleaning procedures, going above and beyond the Government’s recommendations

As the situation evolves, we will continue to support you and your business so that you can be prepared as possible.

As always, the team at ISOLAS is here for you. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your regular contact if you require any additional support.
