Expertise

Jonathan works very closely with Christian Hernandez, one of the firm's partners. His areas of practice include commercial and company law.

During his time at ISOLAS, Jonathan has been part of a team involved in various forms of corporate and real estate finance, including corporate restructuring, structured financing and corporate refinancing. He also advises generally on company law matters.

He has been involved in advising financing banks and other lending institutions mainly on Gibraltar based structures, usually concerning UK and European commercial property investments.
