Examples of our recent work:

We represented the developer in all aspects of the “Europlaza” development (160 luxury residential units) from land acquisition through financing and construction documentation to completion of project including disputes with contractors (completed January 2007).

We represented The Royal Bank of Scotland International in the project facility and financing of “The Anchorage” residential development comprising over 100 luxury residential units.

We represented Barclays Bank Plc in the construction and banking facilities for the “Genista” residential project.

We represented the current owners of the Europort complex in Gibraltar in the purchase of the property and continue to advise them in all day-to-day matters in respect of the commercial letting of Gibraltar’s leading office building.

We represented the developers of the luxury residential development “Atlantic Suites” of some 130 units in all aspects of the development including the acquisition, construction, financing and disputes with contractors for the completion of the scheme (completed August 2007).

We represented The Royal Bank of Scotland International in the financing and construction facility for “The Sails”, a unique development on Gibraltar’s land reclaimed from the sea on the Queensway Quay marina.

We represented the developers of “Quay 27” (130 residential units) in all aspects of this development from acquisition of land to construction, financing and construction documentation (project commenced July 2007). "Quay 29” is soon to break ground during 2016.
