Having practised for some years in a wide range of legal areas, Mark now concentrates mostly on conveyancing, helping his clients through all aspects of the purchase or sale of both their residential and commercial properties. He has also acted for a large number of developers in many of the new developments in Gibraltar.
Mark represents banks in various financing matters and is on the legal panel for most of Gibraltar’s leading financial institutions. He also has extensive experience in estate planning, having drafted wills for many of the firm’s clients.
Mark is currently keeping busy representing numerous purchasers in the ever-growing number of new residential developments in Gibraltar.
