Marisa qualified as a Barrister in 2011 and joined ISOLAS direct from University. She is also a certified accredited mediator.
Marisa will be sharing her time between corporate finance work and ship arrest work initially in order to give her a broad spectrum of experience in her early days of practice
"Marisa settled her very first PI claim for herself, in person, before she actually completed her bar vocational course. Following an accident she'd been involved in she pursued a claim which she settled herself. She certainly enjoys the thrill of litigation and should very much enjoy her work with ship arrests, an area of practice which is seeing increasing activity in these difficult economic conditions." Christian Hernandez, Partner, ISOLAS
Marisa loves competition and thoroughly enjoys sports. She has a particular interest in dance with tap, modern jazz, contemporary and even a little bit of Irish dance all part of the repertoire! Her true passion lies in classical ballet which she has been dancing since the early age of 4 years. She also enjoys skiing during the winter season and trekking in the nearby Spanish countryside.
