Having qualified in 2011 James joins ISOLAS under the wing of Elliott Phillips and Mark Isola as a member of the Commercial and Civil Litigation Department. James’ experience in running his own business is something which he is keen to transpose into his legal practice.
James will primarily be assisting with both contentious and non-contentious work in a wide range of areas including civil fraud, injunctions, asset tracing, financial services and trust matters.
James has settled in quickly at ISOLAS and he joins the Firm at a crucial time in its evolution as Gibraltar's oldest and most respected litigation practice. We look forward to putting James’ skills to the test and exposing him to a wide range of commercial disputes. - Elliott Phillips, Partner.
