As a member of the Commercial Team at ISOLAS, Christian undertakes a range of general commercial and corporate matters and has particular expertise in the fields of Funds, Intellectual Property, E-commerce, Financial Services, Company law and Gaming. In addition, Christian also undertakes considerable Trust, Private Client and Small Business work.
During his time in ISOLAS, Christian has been involved in the launch of various Gibraltar Private Schemes and Experienced Investor Funds. Christian has also advised local and international clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, such as trademark registrations and copyright infringement. Furthermore, he is highly experienced in domain name disputes and skilled in the recovery of hijacked domain names for clients.
Christian has enjoyed a varied workload of late. Aside from his commitments to the Funds area he has recently recovered a domain name for a prominent local institution; been involved with a local planning permission application and is in the process of securing a licence from the Financial Services Commission for an international client. In addition, Christian is currently involved in a contentious debt recovery dispute between two local companies.
