Working from our Spanish office, ISOLAS Abogados, Carmen has siginificant experience in all matters related to the sale and purchase of real propoerty in Spain, whether by means of corporate structures or those involving natural persons. She also frequently acts as intermediary in the arrangement of financing and, in particular, has worked very closely with Barclays Bank, where she worked before joining ISOLAS' Spanish office. She also has extensive experience in the administration registration of all proper licences and authorisations associated with the purchase of property in Spain. Her expertise in commercial matters spans the establishment of companies in Spain which are either used for trading or property holding as part of tax planning structure, and all associated administrative requirements. In addition, she is experienced in the preparation of Spanish wills for non-nationals and can advise on all relevant issues as well as the obtaining of visas and residency numbers for non-Schengen country originating individuals.
