Adrian’s areas of practice include company, general commercial and private client work. He has particular expertise in the areas of trusts, taxation, pensions and charity law. He has advised many high net worth individuals on taxation and estate planning issues and has established various asset protection trusts in Gibraltar for international clients. He has also counselled various local as well as international charities, and has helped set up and establish the Kusuma Trust in Gibraltar.
Adrian is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). He is also a contributor to several international publications including Tottel Publishing’s Planning and Administration of Offshore and Onshore Trusts and Tottel Publishing’s International Succession Laws.
Adrian has recently been advising on the offshore pensions issues arising from the merger between two large international banks.

Adrian is a keen footballer and very much the star player in the ISOLAS 5-aside football team. He is also an avid snowboarder in the winter and an enthusiastic kite-surfer and wake-boarder in the summer.
