GIBRALTAR CONSTITUTION

The Gibraltar Constitution governs the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual including freedom of conscience and expression. It also governs the appointment of the Governor and the Deputy Governor, the legislature, the judicature, finance and the public service.
